Hello, I was involved in a collision this morning on my way to work and was able to pull into Bob's Service Center on my way back home to check my steering and the overall safety of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Eric, service manager, immediately came out of his office to personally assess the situation, offer kind words, and then take my car key for service. I did not have to wait, nor did I have to make an appointment for later on in the day or week. And this was during the morning rush hour with bay already full of previous customers. (He could have easily said he full.) Called me back several hours later, releasing the vehicle with his findings and recommendations -- WITH NO CHARGE AT ALL! Ownership at this establishment apparently looks for class and knowledgeable people to hire. Thank you, Eric.
