I really needed headlights but Napa told me my car had been modified for special led lights. They got me in right away, switched the headlights back to factory installed and got me out the door! Very impressive customer service. Another shop referred me to Bobs and I am very grateful because they did a great job.

Great service, everyone is very polite and took the time to explain the technical details. I left my car with them for 5 days and they weren’t able to diagnose my check engine light which had been flashing, but they did fix a squeaky drive belt and gave me a fair price. Altogether good experience, I just worry I’ll have to be back if the check engine light comes back on.

Called them to get a quote on pulling the motor on my 1990 Bronco. They do not work on rigs that old but Grant gave me book times and recommended another shop. During our conversation, I picked up on the fact that this shop is extremally honest and tries to be helpful which are hard to find qualities these days. Thanks again.

I have a 2007 Jeep and it was leaking coolant from the front timing chain cover. (common problem with some Jeeps) At first we thought the gasket replacement would fix it. unfortunately the cover was pitted to bad and it need to be replaced. Jeep timing chain covers are not cheap. These guys replaced the cover replaced the timing chain and gears (at my request) and replaced all the fluids. They did great work and came in a few hundred dollars under what I figured this would cost and work was done quickly. Jeep is running great; Thank you to Bob's service team.

These guys are truly amazing! I have an older car that has been having a couple odd things go out lately and they always keep me updated on the processes and what needs to be done. They even take the time to explain to me what went wrong with the parts that need to be replaced so I don’t feel like there’s ever any mystery to what’s going on while my car is in their hands. Grant is really amazing and has been able to get me into the shop same day on a couple of occasions. Wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else as long as these guys are here!

I've had bobs work on 4 different vehicles and they have never once had a problem diagnosing or fixing the problem. They have infact diagnosed and fixed problems that wendle ford could not(I own a ford ranger) and when I come in because I need them to check out why my steering wheel shakes after hitting a curb they could have ripped my wallet a new hole and say I need to fix this and that but they said the least expensive thing(bent rim) they arnt just trying to cash grab. They want you as a life time customer!

These guys are the best! Had a headlight out and they were able to get me in the same day, very quickly changed the bulb, and didn't even charge me! Such nice gentlemen, and I will be going back for any of my car needs!
