They provide the best customer service in the area and communicate clearly about work to be done, including, if necessary, recommendations for additional work that may have been exposed during the service. I am extremely particular about the care my cars receive and Bob's is the first non-dealership service I have used in more than 30 years. They have earned my trust and respect.

I had my alternator go out and I got stuck on the way there. Despite being 4 hours later than my appointment before the tow truck could get me there, the guys at Bob's auto repair gave me a fair assessment and got the job done that same day. My car runs great again and they even gave me a discount for the trouble. Definitely recommended.

I've gone through them three times now an they always work with me on payments an service each every time was quick an professional an the mechanics i've ever had to work with in town.
