I have been coming to Bob’s now for over 2 years. Grant and Aaron give phenomenal service and actually care about the relationships with their customers. They listen to your needs and understand time crunches. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, even if it was for a discounted rate. I will continue to come to Bob’s. Thank you guys for doing such a great job. I know every time I come in, I am getting a superb job. See you guys in 3500 miles!

The main reason my lil car is running as long as it is and as string as it is...is due to Bob's fine and complete care. Sometimes i dont want to hear my car needs this or that - never mind the cost -- but once its done...i am pleased and feel more secure that my car is in great working order. So thanx to Aaron and the mechanics who do all that hard work to ensure my car is in good running order. Plus its vital u make my dr appts and you helped make sure that happened.

I had a water pump failure on I 90 in my company vehicle. We have a ongoing project in Spokane but our shop is in Portland. I contacted Bob’s, explained to them that I had business in town but needed to return to Portland that day. The staff was professional, courteous and able to accommodate my request.
