Great shop, and will be going back there for any service needs. Grant (shop manager) was quick to respond to my inquiry via Google, and also got me in in under 24 hours. Service was fair quote and also made sure there weren't any other issues. Thanks again for making the process easy!

Went in for one issue but when they did an inspection they found a more pressing problem that needed immediate attention. They recommended that I not drive my car home even though it was late on a Friday and they wouldn't be able to get to it until Monday. They got me a taxi ride home that day, offered to get me a rental and kept in contact with me throughout the whole repair process. Got the job done for a fair price, too. Have not had an issue with the repairs that they have done. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Bob’s is my go to car service place. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The thing I like most is that they are honest. I never feel like I need to be cautious with them.
