I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service, kindness and support from an automotive place. I’ve been struggling to find a place that will give me a second quote for how much it would cost to diagnose what was wrong with my car so I could get help from DSHS to fix it. They told me they had to do a free inspection to give me a proper quote. When I brought it in they were able to not only give me a quote on how long it would take to diagnose the electrical issues but they gave me a quote on how much it would cost to fix the mechanical issues and saved me a bunch of time and energy when I have so much going on. Although it looks like my car needs more work than it is worth, I will definitely be going back to them in the future when I have another vehicle that needs repairs or even just an oil change.
